Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SheetGenius ("the Service") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service or make purchases.
Products and Delivery
SheetGenius sells digital Google Sheets templates. All purchases are made through Gumroad. Upon purchase, you receive instant access to download your template files. Templates are delivered as Google Apps Script (.gs) files that generate formatted Google Sheets.
License
Each purchase grants you a personal license to use the template for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files
- Claim the templates as your own creation
- Use the templates to create a competing product
You may share a single generated Google Sheet with your team or collaborators for collaborative use.
Refund Policy
Gumroad's standard 30-day refund policy applies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund through Gumroad within 30 days. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at support@wellerdeveler.com and we will work to resolve it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. Templates are starting points that you customize for your needs.
Limitation of Liability
WellerDeveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on template calculations.
Updates
Purchased templates include free updates. When we improve a template you have purchased, the updated version will be available through Gumroad at no additional charge.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
